The Secret to Changing Thought Patterns — A Practical Guide

The Hidden Truth to Changing Thought Patterns Completely

Do you feel trapped in a cycle of negative thoughts, feeling powerless to change your life? Having these negative experiences can be very frustrating, I know, because I’ve been there too.

As a former social anxiety sufferer turned 7-time author and founder of the mysterious QPH Method, I discovered the real cause of persistent negative thoughts and emotional patterns — and a real solution that can transform your life, even if nothing else worked before.

You see, most people always turn to the things they can see — their thoughts and their emotions. And they address them. But nobody goes one step further, to realize what is truly causing these thoughts and these emotions to keep re-occurring. If you want to completely eliminate these negative thought patterns, that’s exactly what you need to do.

The Secret Behind What is Causing Negative Thought Patterns — And How I Overcame It Completely!

I was unlucky to get really sick, while studying in a foreign country and having to make a living. Hiding from people got me paralyzed by social anxiety. In every interaction I felt like I wanted to be different than the way I was.

I’d walk into a room and immediately feel my heart racing, palms sweating while self-consciously comparing myself to how other are. Everything was more difficult, from writing my assignments, to even trying to date women.

I tried everything — self-help books, therapy, even hypnosis. Nothing worked long-term. I’d feel better for a while, but the old patterns always crept back in. It was frustrating and demoralizing.

One night, after another failed social interaction, I decided to dig deeper. I realized that my surface-level thoughts were just symptoms of deeper, subconscious beliefs. This revelation led to the development of the QPH Method.

Within weeks of applying my newfound method, I noticed significant changes. The constant anxiety began to fade. I found myself initiating conversations, even enjoying social gatherings. People started to respond differently to me — with respect and genuine interest.

This newfound confidence spilled over into other areas. I pursued business opportunities I’d previously been too afraid to consider. I wrote and published books, sharing my insights with others. Most importantly, for the first time — I felt in control of my mind and my life.

Most of us don’t realize that our thoughts aren’t random. They’re deeply rooted in our subconscious beliefs, shaping our reality in ways we often can’t see. This is why traditional methods of positive thinking or affirmations often fall short — they don’t address the root cause.

Why You Need to Change Your Thought Patterns:

  1. Unleash Your Potential: Your thought patterns directly impact every area of your life and your results in life.
  2. Build Lasting Confidence: They have the power to limit or build your self-esteem and confidence from inside out.
  3. Improve Your Relationships: Once you have healthy thought patterns, they naturally lead to healthier relationships.
  4. Boost Career Success: You can eliminate self-sabotaging thoughts that hold you back from leveling up.
  5. Enhance Your Well-being: Positive thought patterns contribute to better mental and physical health — fulfilment.

You Have to Address The Cause, Not The Symptoms

Many approaches to changing thought patterns focus solely on conscious thoughts. They teach you to replace negative thoughts with positive ones, or change your habits to avoid your emotions.

But this often fails to work, because it’s treating the symptoms, not the cause. Without addressing the underlying beliefs, any change is temporary at best. You will only feel better, for as long as you can sustain your positive thoughts or hope in what you’re doing.

The way The QPH Method works, and the way you address your beliefs, is by finding evidence for new belief to become real — and the opposing belief naturally disappears. And this is where most methods fall short, because they don’t change what you focus on. The mind still runs with the old habits.

I have people come back to me baffled by how profound the change is. One of my students Chris, recently came to ask if it’s normal that people are looking at him all the time after he began to believe he is confident and strong. It’s that experience where someone walks into the room with such confidence, and alure, that everyone turns your way.

Our students, and many professionals have called The QPH Method the new human ability. Because when you use this technique to change your limiting beliefs, you are able to create change at the very root level of your subconscious mind. By rewiring these limiting beliefs, we create lasting change in thought patterns, leading to transformative results in all areas of life.

Step-by-Step Guide to Changing Your Thought Patterns:

  1. Awareness:
    • Start by observing your thoughts without judgment. Shift your attention, inside.
    • Keep a thought journal to identify recurring patterns.
    • Notice how your thoughts connect with the experience outside, and soon you’ll begin to see invisible connections.
  2. Identify Core Beliefs:
    • For each negative thought pattern, ask yourself: “What would I have to believe for this to be true?”
    • Dig deeper by asking “What pain association could I have to think this way?” to uncover the root belief & association.
    • Look for themes across different areas of your life.
  3. Find opposing evidence:
    • Question the validity of these core beliefs, by finding the opposite evidence.
    • Gather evidence that contradicts these beliefs, write it down.
    • Create new, empowering beliefs by reading this evidence daily.
  4. Consistent Practice:
    • Self-awareness leads to self-discovery which allow you to change the negative patterns.
    • Use your memory and visualization to enhance the contradicting evidence that you find.
    • Begin to look for more positive evidence as you go through life, to further reinforce a new belief — and eliminate opposing belief. Because two polar opposites can not exist in our subconscious mind.
  5. Monitor and Adjust:
    • It takes around 30 days to feed your mind with positive evidence for a new perception to get accepted.
    • Course correct as you go and be patient with yourself for new perceptions to set in.
    • Develop more knowledge on what specific limiting beliefs exist and what changes you need to make.

The Power of Transformed Thought Patterns:

By evaluating the accuracy of our thoughts & perception and replacing them with better alternatives, we can create a healthier mindset that drastically enhances our well-being.

By changing your thought patterns, you’re not just thinking differently — you’re reshaping your reality. I have seen dozens and dozens of people, who changed their subconscious beliefs and had:

  • Dramatic increases in confidence and self-esteem
  • Improved relationships and social connections
  • Accelerated career growth and financial success
  • Enhanced overall life satisfaction and well-being

Don’t settle for temporary improve in emotion and don’t rush away. You have the power to transform your mind and your life fundamentally.
