To ensure this remains a safe, inspiring, and productive space for everyone, we’ve established a set of guidelines that reflect our values and commitment to your journey.

Community Rules

To maintain the integrity of our space, we ask all members to adhere to the following rules:


1. No Negativity or Hate

This is a safe space for growth and transformation. Any form of hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or trolling will not be tolerated. We are here to uplift, not tear down.


2. Respect Privacy

Do not share private messages, personal information, or sensitive details about yourself or others. Respect boundaries at all times.


3. No Spam or Self-Promotion

This is not a platform for advertising or self-promotion. Any posts or comments promoting external products, services, or content without permission will be removed.


4. Stay On Topic

Keep discussions relevant to self-mastery, personal growth, and the topics covered in our mastery zones. Off-topic posts may be moved or removed to maintain focus.


5. Be Constructive

When offering feedback or advice, ensure it is thoughtful, respectful, and aimed at helping others grow. Avoid dismissive or unhelpful comments.


6. Celebrate Wins

Share your progress, breakthroughs, and successes! Your journey inspires others and reinforces the power of the QPH Method™.


7. No Illegal or Harmful Content

Do not post or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our community standards. This includes but is not limited to hate speech, violence, or explicit material.


8. One Account Per Member

To maintain fairness and accountability, each member is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in a ban.


9. Engage Authentically

Avoid low-effort posts, one-liners, or repetitive comments. Contribute meaningfully to discussions and help others on their journey.


10. Respect Moderation Decisions

Our moderators are here to ensure the community remains a safe and productive space. If you have concerns about a decision, reach out respectfully via direct message.



What We Stand For

What We Don’t Tolerate

  • Disrespect: Any form of harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  • Disruption: Spam, trolling, or behavior that detracts from the community’s purpose.

  • Dishonesty: Impersonation, sharing false information, or misrepresenting yourself.

  • Exploitation: Using the community for personal gain or unethical purposes.



How We Enforce the Rules

  • Warnings: Minor violations may result in a warning and an opportunity to correct behavior.

  • Temporary Bans: Repeated violations or more serious offenses may lead to a temporary ban.

  • Permanent Bans: Severe or repeated violations will result in a permanent ban from the community.

If you have questions or concerns about a moderation decision, please reach out to a moderator or administrator directly.



Your Role in the Community

You are an essential part of what makes this community special. Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Engage Actively: Share your insights, ask questions, and participate in discussions.

  • Support Others: Offer encouragement, constructive feedback, and celebrate others’ wins.

  • Report Issues: If you see something that violates our rules, report it to a moderator.
