MEMBERSHIP AND FEES

Membership Tiers

Payment Terms

All payments are to be made in advance.
Monthly membership fees are charged on the same date each month.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

WALLET AND FINANCIAL SERVICES

Withdrawals

Members may withdraw funds from their platform wallet when the balance exceeds $5.00.

Points System

By posting Contributions on the Site, you automatically grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Contributions throughout the world in any media, including but not limited to:

Using your stories and testimonials on the Self Master Academy platform itself.
Displaying your testimonials and success stories on our main website domain (selfmasteracademy.com).
With your explicit permission, which may be obtained through the platform interface or direct communication, we may also use your testimonials and success stories on our social media channels and other marketing materials.

You acknowledge that we are not obligated to use any Contributions you provide and may remove any Contributions at any time in our sole discretion.

If you wish to revoke permission for using your testimonials outside of the platform, you may contact us at [email protected], and we will remove them within a reasonable timeframe.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The arbitration shall be administered by a reputable arbitration provider to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

There is no joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship created between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Site. You agree that these Terms will not be construed against us by virtue of having drafted them.
