Associate pain to not doing it 'How painful does it feel to not put my employees first?' (or 'not take care of') and associate importance 'how important are my relationships with my employees?' and good feelings in doing so 'how good do I feel when I am checking up with my employees how they're doing?'. 30 days, and little behaviors will naturally become part of who you are.
